Sunchemy was established in the year of 2011, with sales professionals of more than 10 years experience in foreign trade of rubber products, serving customers from more than 20 countries. Starting with rubber additives, we expanded our business scope to rubber and plastic testing and processing equipments. We provide customers not only with raw materials, but also with equipments to meet their demands in testing and production to make their business more time and cost efficient. Our partnered chemical factory is one of the largest producers in China, covering an area of 410,000 m2 with more than 1,000 employees. In year 2007, two Agilent GC and LC equipments were installed, which enable us to carry out the testing following international standards. Persisting in the principle of environmental protection, we equipped the manufacturing line with the first set of Claus sulfur recovery facility in China in year 2006. Our factory has obtained certificates of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system and ISO14001 environment management system. With the aid of advanced manufacturing facilities, scientific management systems, as well as strict warehouse logistics, we are supplying customers with top quality rubber chemicals. Our partner in rubber testing instruments, specializing in research and development of Rotorless Rheometer, Mooney viscometer, Universal testing machine, Slicing machine, Abrasion tester and fatigue tester. As the first company with CE accreditation of such products in China, we also took the lead to draft national standards for these products in China. Up to now, the testing equipments have been exported to countries such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Finland, Turkey, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Africa with a total number of more than 300 units. The customers are deeply impressed by the high stability and reproducibility of the equipments. Dalian is the largest production center for rubber and plastic machinery in China, which was established in 1986, covering an area of 120,000 m2 with more than 600 employees. It is developing into a leading supplier of rubber and plastic machinery in China. We have a full product range including rubber mixing equipment, extruder equipment, calendar equipment, cooling equipment and so on.
